Job Description

• Data Analysis and Modeling: Use advanced AI techniques to process, analyze, and extract insights from large and complex datasets, often collected and stored by the company. This may include structured and unstructured data from various sources.
• Machine Learning Model Development: Develop and improve machine learning models for tasks such as predictive analytics, recommendation systems, anomaly detection, and data classification within the context of big data.
• Scaling AI Solutions: Adapt AI models and algorithms to handle the unique challenges presented by massive datasets, including optimization for distributed computing frameworks and parallel processing.
• Real-time Processing: Design and implement AI systems capable of processing and making decisions on streaming data in real-time, which is crucial in many big data applications.
• Data Governance: Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Algorithm Efficiency: Optimize AI algorithms and models for performance and efficiency in processing large volumes of data while minimizing computational resources.
• Data Integration: Work on integrating AI solutions with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and various data storage and retrieval systems.
• Predictive Maintenance: Develop AI models for predictive maintenance of big data infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and availability of data systems.
• Security and Anomaly Detection: Create AI models for identifying security threats and anomalies in big data environments, protecting the company's data and systems.

Job Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field focusing on AI and big data.
• Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, big data technologies, and relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R, Java). Knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Apache Spark can be essential.
• Demonstrated experience in developing AI models for big data applications, and a strong portfolio of successful projects in a big data environment.
• Proficiency in data manipulation, preprocessing, and cleaning techniques, especially for large datasets.
