Job Descriptions

• Bridge the gap between business users solution architects and IT Developers by conducting business analysis, defining/formulating, and delivering the Apps-related solution as agreed by all related parties.
• Improve the satisfaction of business on IT services through proper business user relationship management and obtain buy-in from end-users.
• Work as part of a team to deliver appropriate business analysis to meet project requirements.
• Work on medium to big projects of medium to high complexity to meet project objectives on time and agreed quality standards.

Job Requirements

• University graduate preferably in Business, Finance, IT, or other related disciplines.
• 3+ years of proven experience in business requirement gathering or application functional design.
• More than 3 years solid experience in life insurance/pension/group insurance / general insurance/business/finance/technology analysis in large-scale projects.
• Previous project management experience and testing experience will be a credit.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven organizational negotiation and influencing skills.
• Fluency in English speaking and writing is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with being.
